From experience the passing of someone you have loved is painful.
Some make a bad choice to join them.
I say bad, because you dishonour them.
Ask yourself of whom it will be to keep their memories alive?
They can't be gone, when they're still inside your heart.
So cry, shout at the moon, but don't harm yourself. Then talk..!
Don't be alone, be with a friend.
There are many forms of mental illness.
Mental illnesses are conditions that affect a person’s thinking, feeling, mood, or behaviour.
Depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, or schizophrenia.
These conditions can be occasional or sometimes quite chronic.
Inasmuch they can affect someone’s ability to relate to others, and can in many cases isolate people.
Sometimes crying can help.
Our mental health can easily affect our emotional,
psychological, and social well-being.
This affects how we think, feel, and act.
So its important to seek help.
Don't just accept it, talk to someone close to you, and you'll be surprised how easily they will accept you, and try to help.
This isn't the 18th century anymore, and people in trouble with health issues can get help no matter what they are going through.
We all have emotions, and sometimes they get confused,
but don't give into them, just back track a little.
What I mean by that is try to discover when it actually became a problem.
The death of a relative, a partnership dispute, it can be something much simpler like worrying about your looks?
What you look like is not as important as the way you feel.
Talk to someone, please don't allow yourself to ignore your own feelings, because we quite often do..!
Sometimes we can be our own worst enemy, so talk to a friend, and be honest about your feelings.
Think back to when you first felt sad, then confront it.
Talk saves lives.
Mental and physical health are equally important components of overall health.
Depression for example, increases the risk for many types of physical health problems.
Long-lasting conditions like stroke, type 2 diabetes, and heart disease, can actually increase the risk for mental illness.
Talk to someone.
A person’s mental health can change over a period of time, and depends on many factors.
For example: When any demands placed upon a person exceed their resources and their personal coping abilities, their mental health can be impacted.
Someone working very long hours whilst caring for an ill relative or experiencing economic hardship may easily experience poor mental health.
There is no single cause for any mental illness.
A number of factors can contribute, such as...
(1) Early traumatic experiences, such as abuse, sexual assault, witnessing violence.
(2) Ongoing chronic medical conditions, such as cancer or diabetes.
(3) Biological factors, such as genes or chemical imbalances in the brain.
(4) Misuse of alcohol, or recreational drugs.
(5) Having very few or even no friends.
(6) Loneliness and isolation.
Again from experience I can tell you that suicide is never an answer to anything.
Putting it into perspective, it is not a cowards way out, and neither is it brave. It's a desperate act from which there is no return.
Which is why I put the emphasis on talking to someone.
Many deaths from suicide could easily have been averted, if only the right words had been spoken.
So if you're contemplating doing something so radical, then consider another radical act.
That act is what I keep repeating ... Speak to your friend, or a doctor, just anyone, please..!
You will be surprised how understanding people can be, because many have been there themselves.
Seek help, never give in to a bad feeling.
